Our cancellation policy depends on whether the course or event you booked is “residential” or “non-residential”. “Residential” events include the following: TantraLove Festival, The Tantra Experience, Diploma in Tantra (all modules and locations), Tantra Teacher Training, Tantra Coach Training, and all courses and events that include accommodation as part of your booking. “Non-residential” events include the following: Weekend workshops that do not include accommodation as part of your booking, and afternoon / evening events run by our facilitators.
If you need to cancel your booked place on any “residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is 4 months or less prior to the beginning of the event, no refund can be given. However, you are able to sell, transfer or gift your ticket to another person. You would be responsible for finding this person. We would require notification of this, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of any ticket name changes. If you need to cancel your booked place on any “residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is greater than 4 months prior to the beginning of the event, we will give you a 50% refund of the ticket price or tuition fee. No refund for food, accommodation or instalment charges can be offered. If you have chosen to pay by instalments and you decide during the instalment payment period to cancel your ticket, you are liable to fulfill your payment plan as agreed with us upon your booking, and, if you are eligible for a refund, we will pay you the refundable amount back after the completion of your payment plan.
If you need to cancel your booked place on any “non-residential” course or event, if the date of your cancellation is 1 month+ before the date of the course or event we will issue a credit note for 50% of the course/event cost to enable you to transfer this to a future course or event with us. Any credit or credit note with Tantra4GayMen expires after the 1st year anniversary of when the initial product or service was purchased. It is your responsibility to make sure you use the credit note within the expiry period. If you need to cancel your booked place on any “non-residential” course or event and it is within 1 month of the course or event we are unable to offer any refund or transfer to a future date.
Upon any cancellation, we reserve the right to try to re-sell accommodation and tickets. If we need to cancel a course or event for any reason within our reasonable control, we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid when you booked the course. If for any reason we need to cancel a course it is our aim to give you at least one weeks notice. Where we can we will offer you alternative dates / courses.
If the delivery of a course or event that you have booked is delayed, hindered, made inadvisable, made commercially impracticable, made illegal, or made impossible to perform, by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event which is beyond the reasonable control of T4GM (“Force Majeure Events”), we shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations to deliver the event. In such a case, we cannot offer you any refunds. However, at our discretion and only if commercially practicable, we might offer you to transfer to a future event. Acts or events constituting Force Majeure Events shall include (but not be limited to) Acts of God, major natural disasters, wars, major political unrest, disease and epidemics, government intervention, directives or policies, and other circumstances beyond T4GM’s control.
Covid-19 – Please see our Covid Updates for the terms you agree to when purchasing to attend an event with us. Namely you agree that if we are unable to deliver the event due to any Covid restrictions (laws about social distancing, travel or other restrictions) that we will move the event to a time when it can take place. If you book an event and it can not take place due to any Covid-19 restrictions, that you agree we can transfer you to the newly arranged date, or that you can transfer to any other programme (of the same value, or pay the difference). We cannot offer refunds and you book an event not seeking any refund if we need to postpone the event due to Covid-19.
